Overview

AetherSplit ("the App") is developed by Ascension Labs. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

Photos and Images

The App requires access to your device's photo library solely to load images for splitting. All image processing occurs locally on your device. Photos are never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party.

Storage

Split images are saved directly to your device's local storage (Pictures/AetherSplit folder). The App does not use cloud storage.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including:

• Advertising ID: A unique, user-resettable identifier for advertising purposes.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and general location (at the city level).
• Ad interaction data: Information about ads viewed and clicked.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads and enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization." For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information. Purchase status is stored locally on your device to unlock features.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data (beyond what AdMob collects for ad targeting)
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Your photos or any image data

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The ads shown are not personalized for children.
